Volume number two in the Hard Vinyl Series is a powerful set list of British-born, New Wave-infused Ska from the late 1970's and early 1980s. This genre, dubbed "Two-Tone" by Jerry Dammers of The Specials, references a desire to defuse racial tensions by combining both black and white music.
