Heavily processed/edited breathing sounds combine into an exotic-sounding melodic hook that will suggest mysteries, seductive escapes and horny barn owls, as I think this is their mating call. Starting with an enigmatic feel delivered by the stuttering, breathy hook while the mix builds linearly with synth bass, drum machine hi-hats and brash synths. @:11 the cut explodes into a fuller-sounding, more intense, but still mysterious mix with delayed voices and a delayed mandolin and synths providing a melody. The middle section offers various loopable beds including a hit-filled section @:29 and synth pad- and mandolin-driven break @:53. The intense mix returns @1:02. Good for advertising things that have a mystique (alcohol, fragrances, non-paying sexual relationships), investigations, crimes of passion and promoting sexuality, especially for barn owls.
